Bombay Bags primarily produces reusable bags for businesses, including grocery stores, retailers, organizations, and promotional buyers. Most of our products are custom manufactured specifically for each order, which means our return policy differs from standard retail return policies.

Because our bags are custom manufactured for each order, returns are not available. However, we are committed to working with customers to ensure a positive outcome if concerns arise.

Many of our products are custom printed or produced specifically for each customer order, which means they are manufactured only after order details and artwork have been confirmed.

Because these bags are produced specifically for each customer, standard retail return policies do not apply.

Custom Orders

Most Bombay Bags products are produced specifically for each customer, often including:

  • custom printing
  • custom quantities
  • made-to-order production

Because these products are manufactured specifically for a particular customer, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been produced.

For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully review all order details, artwork approvals, and specifications before production begins.


Quality Commitment

While custom orders are not eligible for returns, we stand behind the quality of our products and our manufacturing process.

Natural Materials

Many of our bags are made using natural materials such as jute and cotton.

Because of the nature of these materials, small variations may occur in:

These variations are normal characteristics of natural fibers and handmade products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Today our process typically includes:

  • confirmation of artwork before printing
  • review of bag dimensions and construction details
  • confirmation of quantities and packaging
  • in some cases, providing sample bags before larger production runs

We sometimes take extra time during the early stages of an order to make sure everything is fully understood and confirmed. While this may slightly extend the pre-production stage, it greatly reduces the possibility of surprises later.

As a result of these improvements, issues related to mismatched expectations have become extremely rare, and our customers generally receive exactly what they anticipated.
